What was the highlight of Westone Manor Hotel
It didn't come up to past experiences, somewhat disappointing.
I have stayed at Westone Manor quite a few times over the last 6 years and always had a good experience. I know what to expect in the rooms and the facilities on offer. The room was clean and provided with tea, coffee and milk
I found the room clean, but it was cold, and I was unable to regulate the heating in any way, so getting out of a hot bath or shower meant getting dry and dressed quickly. The duvet on the bed was a summer weight duvet and with the room being cold it wasn't a pleasant experience trying to snuggle down. The water into the bath wasn't very hot, however the shower was good.

Pleasant
Plenty of parking. Nice grounds.
Staff polite but inexperienced. Unable to deal with simple problems. Bar staff didn't all know what they were doing. Should have been offered a discount but wasn't.

adequate, would be a shame if they don’t invest to improve the property
location was good and staff were very helpful and friendly
it was dated, the restaurant toilets need work the flooring was old and peeling and dirty looking. no extra blanket could be provided for a cold room only a heater which worked very well but seems costly. bathrooms need re doing look old and very tired
